Found it!
- Click the Settings wheel in the top right of a pull request diff view
- Toggle the "Comments and tasks" view
The keyboard shortcut is "shift + C"

1. With the new UI, I don't see the option.
2. It doesn't seem like it would let you select the comment and hide it. I'm interested in hiding comments which I'm not interested in, but retaining those on which I'm still working on. It does hide those on lines which have been modified in a recent update, but it is not enough since I may not modify those lines.

Ah, good clarification @Corvin , I'm not sure how to hide only *some* of the comments. And I'm not sure why you don't have that option. Might be a global config?
