How could I hide or move fields on default Open issues view page

Hi all,
I created a new issue layout for our upcoming project in Jira. (screenshot attached).
I can't seem to find how could I:
1. move the Labels field to one of the tab, and
2. hide the Resolution field.
I tried the screen layout and field configuration, but I still can't find where in Jira I could do the change.
