How can I fix a cloning issue? App password is not showing up which is making the clone process fail

When trying to add the URL of my bitbucket workspace onto IntelliJ into get from version control and then into the repository URL. It is not uploading properly.

Hello @Areej Imran and welcome to the Community!

It seems like IntelliJ might be configured to use a credential manager to save your credentials to a cache, so it's using the old credentials for this cache instead of asking you to provide the new ones.

The following thread in Stack overflow provides some different approaches on how you can clear/reset the credentials on IntelliJ :

I would suggest going through those answers and trying the provided instructions to configure IntelliJ.
