How can I build my Bitbucket server with an existing restored sqlserver db?

I have setup new bitbucket server and the SQLServer database is restored from backup. I want to setup new bitbucket instance with this existing sqlserver database. is this possible?

In Bitbucket Server the data are stored both in the home directory ($BITBUCKET_HOME) as well as in the database.

When setting up a new instance, it is important that these two are in a consistent state and this is usually achieved by taking a backup using one of the options on the following page and restoring it:

Is taking a backup and restoring it into the new instance an option?
