In bitbucket, members -> Invite people
Return message, when clicking on the "invite" button:
One or more invitations could not be sent.
It only happens with that user. In the past this user had a bitbucket account, however, using another email account.
Impression that there is some specific restriction or blocking for the e-mail account.
