Hello @Stephanie Atte ,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

In order for usto help you with this issue I'd like to ask you for more details about your environment:

  • Could you please confirm if you are using Linux, Windows or MacOs runners ?
  •  Can you share the bitbucket-pipelines.yml file of your build?
  • Can you paste here the exact command you have used to start the runner and also the full runner.log of when you faced the issue?

If you are not sure how to find the runner's log, we have the following documentation with detailed instructions for each type of runner:
    https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/troubleshooting-runners/#Reviewing-runner-logs

When sharing the logs/file content here please make sure to sanitize any personal information such as repository/workspace/password/username.

Thank you, @Stephanie Atte .

Kind regards,

Patrik S
