Email id changed for admin, domain no longer valid

Hi Team,

We were using bitBucket as a code repo as well as for pipelines. our admin nidhish@mddatai.com now is changed to nidhish@huly.ai. We no longer have access to mddatai.com domain.

When I try to login using nidhish@mddatai.com it sends the verification code to nidhish@mddatai.com which we no longer have access to. Can someone switch the admin user from nidhish@mddatai.com to nidhish@huly.ai ?

 

This is super urgent as we are stuck ..

Welcome to the community. Let me try and help with this question. Before you would remove a domain or stop having domain access it is wise to add the new domain and users so you don't loose access to the site. You would need an org admin added with the new domain so when the old domain is shut off you would be able to access the current bitbucket site. 

The other thing is if anyone else has access with a different domain but still remained connected as admin they would be able to add the domain users. 

I would put in a support ticket with Atlassian to help navigate this.
