Hi, we are trying to loggin with the email address of our work, its been months that we dont receive any email.

Like many other posts here, ¿Its likely due to being on the email suppression list?.  Is it possible to take us off this list?

Hi Ricardo and welcome to the community.

I checked our email logs for the last 30 days and there were bounces for the first three emails you mentioned, but no event for the last one. However, none of these email addresses or any other email address from the domain you mentioned is in our suppression list, so there's nothing for us to remove.

Based on the error message of the bounced events, it looks like your SMTP server is doing callback verification that is failing.

The bounced events were for emails sent from notifications-noreply@am.bitbucket.org and noreply+XXXXX@am.atlassian.com (where XXXXX is some string).

You will need to ask the admin of your mail server to look into this and adjust the configuration so that these emails are not bounced.

Just a heads up, I removed the domain and email address from your post to comply with our privacy policy.
