Do we need to create jira account for users who want to access our code on bitbucket

We have started using bitbucket for our code management. 

I need to to give access to other users, should those users shall have jira account, because i am not able to add them on the fly.

Hi @Vijay, Shivani and welcome to the community,

Jira access, as product access, will not be necessary. Perhaps what you mean is for a user to have an atlassian account in order to access your workspace should you give him the appropriate product access. Then yes, users should have an atlassian account.

Hi @Vijay, Shivani 

I don't believe you need Jira access to access Bitbucket - you should be able to grant users access using these instructions: https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/grant-access-to-a-workspace/

If users want to see Bitbucket information on Jira issues though, they'd need access to Jira also. See more about how to integrate the two tools on this help page
