Create a ghost member account for bitbucket cloud team

Hello,

I admin a bitbucket cloud account for a team. Can I add a member that is not associated with any specific individual's email address (a ghost member)?

If so, how is this done?

I am using a CI tool (Jenkins) to git clone & I would like to use a ghost member credentials to do this rather than an actual person's credentials.

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to create a user without an email associated.
