G'day Teja!

Can you please try to uninstall/re-install the Sourcetree application? During this process, make sure you backup the configuration files first. There is an article that explains this process as well as the recent authentication changes from basic GIT username/password to AppPassword which also might be an issue:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-articles/Bug-Fix-Sourcetree-for-Windows-authentication-error-when/ba-p/1965968

Cheers!
- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
