Change bitbucket's username

Hi everyone. Please help me

I changed my username to first digit uppercase (e.g. Myusername1) but when I want to change to (myusername1). Bitbucket showed that a username already exited.

Can anyone help me to change this? 

Hope I can get a response from all of you guys ASAP.

Just a heads up, I removed the username from your post to comply with our privacy policy.

Could you please try the following?

• If your username is e.g. Myusername1, change it first to Myusername123 or something different
• After you successfully make this change, change it again to myusername1

I understand that you are trying to change your Bitbucket username to nick-trungtdh1, but you are receiving an error message that the username already exists.

This is likely because the username Nick-trungtdh1 is already in use by another user. Bitbucket usernames are case-insensitive, so Nick-trungtdh1 and nick-trungtdh1 are considered to be the same username.

To change your username to nick-trungtdh1, you will need to choose a different username for your current account.

You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to your Bitbucket profile page.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Under Bitbucket profile settings, click on Change username.
