Change Git URL in SourceTree

Richard Le Poidevin March 31, 2014

Hi,

We've recently changed our Bitbucket username and this has broken the linking in to repos in SourceTree.

They were like this:

https://***@bitbucket.org/betleywhitehorne/*.git

And are now:

https://***@bitbucket.org/betleywhitehorneimage/*.git

Is is possible to update the path in SourceTree to match the new URL?

Thanks

Ric

Yes. Repository > Repository Settings...

Select the bitbucket remote and click the Edit button.

It's really easy to miss.
I wish they'd just have a nice big button on the top with an eye icon or something - view on github
