Cannot recieve email invitation for workspace

I am trying to setup bitbucket but i am not getting the email invitation that i am supposed to get in order to get assigned to a team. I have bit bucket access but i am not able to see any workspace. Any ideas what the issue is and how to fix it?

Hi Tasos and welcome to the community!

I checked our email logs and the majority of the emails that were sent to your email address show to have been delivered to your mail server. The only exception is an email we sent today with the status 'delay' and a message that your mail server is busy, but that is a Jira email.

I can also see in our system that your Bitbucket account already has access to a workspace. Was the invitation sent from another workspace?

You can see the repos of the workspace you already have access to if you:

  1. Log in to
  2. Select your avatar (top right corner) > All workspaces
  3. Select the workspace you see listed on that page
  4. Then, select Repositories from the menu at the top

If the issue concerns an invitation to a different workspace and it was sent to the email address of the community account you used to make this post, I would suggest checking your Spam folder, any filters that would prevent our email from reaching your Inbox and reaching out to the administrator of your mail server to ask why the emails do not make it from the mail server to your Inbox.

If the issue concerns an invitation sent to a different email address, please log in to with this email address and leave a comment here, so I can check the email of that account and our email logs.
