1) I cannot access bitbutket.org on any web browser
2) When it ping bitbucket.org it in my terminal, it also timeout
3) When I pull changes, it shows 443

Welcome to the Community.
There're no ongoing incidents with Bitbucket at the moment. This is very likely an issue with your network configuration.
As I don't have much details yet, let's start with checking if the domain name is resolved to IP address first. When you run ping, what IP does it tell you it's going to ping?
