It looks like there is documentation around disallowing this feature as it pertains to Bitbucket Server via the bitbucket.properties file, but I can't seem to find anything for Bitbucket Cloud.

We don't have this option in Bitbucket Cloud, unfortunately.
There is already a feature request for this:
