Can't login - username already exists

I know this question has been asked several times (which perhaps shows that there's an issue with the login UX flow).

Can some of you please help me getting access to my account? Username "fliperamma".

 

I've probably changed the email for that account a few times since I first created it (in 2013, I believe). But now when I try to login with all the emails I can remember, it asks to create a new username for Bitbucket Cloud, and it complains that "fliperamma" is already taken. In some cases I even tried adding an "_" to the username and got an empty account, so I'm not sure what to do, it is quite confusing. When I try to reset my password it asks for an email instead of just sending the password recovery to whatever email is associated with that username.

Can someone please help me?

Hi Fabio!

Unfortunately I don't think we'll be able to help you here in the community, since we don't have access to your Bitbucket instance.
The best thing would probably be to get in touch with your Bitbucket or Atlassian admin, they should be able to check the user directory and help you out.
