Can't add members to team project, err 500

Would like to add new users to a repo, but I get a 500 err.

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0

Hi Kaido, can you give us more information so we can help you with this issue?:

  • Are you on Bitbucket Server or Cloud?
  • How are you trying to add those users: by username or by email address? Do they exist already?
  • Have you tried different browsers and networks and the issue still persists?

Hi Ana,

It was cloud.

I tried alt ways to do it and sth worked. Can't remember what, the problem occured shortly before my vacation  :)
