Is it bitbucket SErver/cloud?
If it is server then please check whether the outgoing mail has been working properly or not?
If it is cloud then, please click on Can't log in option and provide your mail ID and click on send recovery mail.

I clicked on can't login and entered ercovery email, but i did not get any email with reset link even though my email is registered.

It's still not working for my email id - shital_pokharkar@wsib.on.ca, its the registered one. Appreciate immediate help.
