Can I disable changing of username in personal bitbucket settings?

Hi Akhil and welcome to the community!

It is not possible to disable changing usernames, every user is free to pick their username and change it at any time.

Are you looking to disable this for your user or for all users in your organization? May I also ask why you are looking to disable it?
