Branching Model in BitBucket Cloud

Question

I have seen people asking about the Branching Model and got the reply that it is for BitBucket Server.

Well knowing that SourceTree can be used to create GitFlow release/feature/hotfix branches, but using JIRA in the cloud doesn't allow for this when clicking "Create Branch".

Any reason of why this doesn't exist for BitBucket Cloud and will it be available at some point? Especially for those using JIRA/BitBucket?
