Blacklisted IP

Hi

Our server was hacked and used for sending spam email. We fixed it and all is good now.

But our IP went into the global blacklists. We have requested the IP removal, but since the listing we are not able to SSH from the server into Bitbucket.

How can we whitelist our IP?
