Bitbucket cloud to Jira server refresh sync failes

Viktor Kuzmychov April 28, 2021

I have successfully synced Bitbucket cloud to my on-prem Jira server.

The only thing is not working - automatic update in Jira after changes in Bitbucket e.g. commit, PR, new branch.

I have to go to DVCS accounts and manually refresh repository

Anyone could help with that?

Connection was using this guide:

Hey @Viktor Kuzmychov

G'Day!

Looking at the behavior you mention this usually happens when the Jira server is behind a firewall and unable to communicate to part of our webhook hence only some feature that is working.

Logs would further verify this issue by generating the Support.zip log to further investigate and if it's an issue with the network I suggest checking our guide below on the list of IPs to whitelist to make sure your integration is working properly at:

If you are getting different errors in the logs feel free to share it here so we can troubleshoot further.

I hope this helps

Cheers,
Syahrul
