BitBucket asks for a "Known Host" when setting up SSH keys. What is that?

Hello and thanks for having the patience to help me with this rather basic question.
I am using Sourcetree on Windows with BitBucket.
I have created SSH keys and placed them in both relevant locations.
Additionally, BitBucket asks for a known host. I am completely at a loss as to what is meant here and two days of google and youtube haven't brought me any further.
If someone could kindly spare a few words that point me in the right direction, I'd be very thankful!
