Bit bucket permission error

fatal: remote error: This repository is a read-only mirror
projec/repo. Pushes can only be made to the original repository.
Changes cannot be pushed as this is read-only mirror of repository
This is achieved by running this command in your local repository directory

It looks like you have an older version of Bitbucket data center and you are pusing to the mirror url. Checkout the details at https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver0414/smart-mirroring-895368031.html. As mentioned, you need to push using the push URL.

Note that this is not the case in the latest version. You can push using the same URL.
