Hello,

It seems that I've lost access to my files on Bitbucket.

I get a strange message: "URL: https://bbuseruploads.s3.amazonaws.com"

Anyone else having the same problem?

Hi @Gavin Young and welcome to the community.

I would like to ask if you could give us some further info on this issue, so we can better help you:

  1. The files you are unable to access, are they files in the source code of the repo? Or files uploaded in the Downloads section of the repo?
  2. Does the issue occur with a specific file and repo, or with all files and repos you have access to?
  3. What action are you attempting to do and where exactly do you see this error message?

    a. E.g. do you see this error in Bitbucket website, when you try to view/open a file from the Source page of the repo?

    b. Or when you try to download a file from the Downloads section of the error?

    c. Or is it a different action?

    d. Could you attach a screenshot showing where you see this error? (Please feel free to blur any private info in the screenshot, before attaching it here)

Kind regards,
Theodora
