Antivirus blocks files

Hi,

In our repository, we are facing an issue when we want to download some files (like .exe or .zip). After uploading a file when we want to download the file again, our anti-virus gets activated and treats the file as virus. This even happens in Chrome and it treats our files as threats.

I was wondering is there any way to fix this problem!

Just jumping in here as I noticed you have not yet received a response from our community.

Whilst we cannot assist directly with third-party applications such as AV, I'd suggest whitelisting bitbucket.org and api.bitbucket.org - this should cover the Bitbucket Website as well as any API calls associated with our website.
