Allow editing of pull request created from a fork

I can not edit pull request created to parent from a fork repo.

How can I make it editable?

I think it requires you to have WRITE permission on the source repository, the fork in this case.

Well, I have WRITE PERMISSION on the source repository. Seems like after the PULL request is created to Parent. I need WRITE Permission there. Thanks.
