Add user to personal project

Is it possible to add user to personal project? 

Docs specify adding user to non-personal project only.

My goal is to auto-create repositories in personal bitbucket project using its REST API.

Hi @warrior7089, welcome to the Community! 

The article you've shared refers to Bitbucket Server, but seems like you have Bitbucket Cloud. 

In Bitbucket Cloud there are no project permissions, you'll need to grant permissions based on repositories, for more info about this you can check Create and grant access to Team repositories.  

There's a Feature request asking to implement this functionality, if you're interested you can add your vote at site/master/issues/13202.
