Activity and Summary Information

As a team lead or manager, how can I view progress of the commits or braches within a project or user activity level? I'd also like to see a weekly summary for each user to ensure they are using the tools and follow procedures properly.

You can check out the app called Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket. This graph could be particularly interesting to you. You can select a custom timeframe for commit activity and see individual activity cards for each team member over, in your case, one week.

Take a look at this plugin. The free version is quite good, but there is a paid version as well with more features.
