API /commits/<commit_id>/pull-requests is not always give result

Hi Team,
We are facing weird issue with bitbucket server.
For CI, we are using /commits/<commit_id>/pull-requests to get pull requests for a particular commit id but in some case we don't get the requested PR info though PR exist and can be seen from Bitbucket dashboard.
