My Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was purchased from AT&T w/i last 5wks with Android 4.3 installed, & I immediately purchased/installed ACR 8.5 & it worked fine, & continued to do so when I updated to ACR 8.6
Then on 4/19 AT&T pushed an "AT&T Software Update" onto my phone & it included (w/o announcement or authority!!) an "upgarde" to Android 4.4.2
Now ACR appears to function, but the recordings are all some kind of electronic static!
And AT&T Tech, tells me that they have no way to Flash my ROM & reinstall Android 4.3
Please help me, as ACR is a Mission Critical App for me!
I need to know what procedure I have to perform to restore functionality of ACR 8.6 ??

This has nothing to do with Atlassian products. I suggest you ask this in an ACR forum.
