×I've set up 2FA on both my Atlassian and Bitbucket accounts. While I'm able to log into Atlassian Account using 2FA, Bitbucket 2FA code doesn't seem to work! It's quite urgent, hence requesting to help me log into my bitbucket account!!!! TIA

Hi Shubham,
If you have set up 2FA both on the Atlassian and on the Bitbucket account, there should be two accounts listed on your authenticator app: one that generates codes for Atlassian 2FA and another one that generates codes for Bitbucket 2FA. Please keep in mind that Atlassian 2FA codes cannot be used for Bitbucket 2FA and vice versa.
Do you see two accounts listed on your authenticator app, one for Atlassian and one for Bitbucket, or do you only have the Atlassian one?
If you have two and you are entering a Bitbucket 2FA code, please ensure the following:
If you only have one account in your authenticator app generating the Atlassian 2FA codes (and not one for Bitbucket), then you'll need to disable 2FA on Bitbucket.
If you downloaded the Bitbucket recovery codes before, you can use one of them to log in and another to disable Bitbucket 2FA.
If you don't have recovery codes, you can disable 2FA by requesting a 2FA recovery email. Please keep in mind that there is a 24 hour waiting period from the moment you request this email until we send it to you. You can find steps on how to request this on the following knowledge base article:
You can always enable Bitbucket 2FA again later, but if you do, please ensure you don't delete the account generating Bitbucket 2FA codes from your authenticator app.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Just a heads up, I removed the email address from your post to protect your privacy.
Kind regards,
Theodora
