Bitbucket search return references to removed files

Hello,
We are running Bitbucket Data center v8.19.9. When I try to search(for ex. "dummy-line" with no other search options) I receive a lot of results where this is mentioned but when I try to open some of them I receive The path "test/test.java" does not exist at revision "refs/heads/master" for some of the repos because the file in the repo was deleted long time ago.
Is there anyway I can add some options to the search in order to skip such(deleted) files? Or what I need to do in order to fix the problem
