Hi,
We are experiencing this strange issue where some commits do not appear as Slack notifications. I have subscribed for receiving Slack notifications to a repository in Bitbucket and verified that the branches and other settings are correct.
I tried to do 2 commits after another and only one of the commit showed up in the channel. I tried to connect several different repositories and we can see that some commits show up but some do not.
I have tried to subscribe/unsubcribe, and this didn't work. I have also tried to setup an entire new channel and subscribed to the repositories, but still some commits do not appear.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
Hi Matt! I have tried to re-authorize the connection a couple of times, but I haven't tried your other suggestions so I will give them a go and see if it works. If not I will reach out to the Bitbucket support. Thank you for the suggestions!
I have not experienced any issues since trying out @Matt Arnold's suggestions. I tried all three (authorization as well one more time) and it seems to be working, although it is a bit difficult to say exactly which one did the trick.
I recommend trying the suggestions for anyone experiencing these issues!
