RSVP: Laurent Py, SmartBear: Managing requirements and collaboration in Jira with BDD.

Joerg Mueller-Kindt April 17, 2020

This is the third of our Monday Night Specials, a serious of virtual events with voices from the Atlassian ecosystem on the 27th of April, 18:00 (CEST). RSVP here:

Managing requirements and collaboration in Jira with BDD

Behavior Driven Development (BDD) is a software development process that relies on a shared understanding of user requirements (based on examples), and collaboration between business and technical teams. SmartBear is an active supporter of Cucumber, the most popular open source framework for BDD. Combined with our support for the Atlassian marketplace, we have developed Cucumber for Jira. This provides an easy way to integrate developers work with BDD from Git directly into Jira as Living Documentation for project/product managers to understand and connect their work to. In this session, you will learn more about BDD and how it can help managing requirements and fostering collaboration in Jira.
