In our company JIRA set-up we have Target year and Target quarter, hence I used those fields.

What are Q4 2021 to Q1 2022 wrt Jira terminology?

If these are fixversions, use something like:

fixVersion changed from "Q4 2021" to "Q1 2022"

In JIRA terminology, they are Target year and target quarter. Admin can configure such fields
