is there a way to tag a commit of source used in bamboo build?
for each build we can see the commit guid but we would like to tag that commit with release number
Hi @lance_lyons,
If the repository type is Subversion you can use the VCS Tagging task.
If you want to tag a git repository you will need to use a script task for this and set the same commands you use for tagging in the terminal.
Examples of how this can be done for commit/push can be seeing below:
I hope they can help you to build your tagging solution.
