I see this question is open for some days already and no response from the community itself. From Atlassian support team I don't think we have expertise on Oracle EBS deployment to support you, but we can help you with Bamboo.
Can you clarify specifically where are you facing issues to achieve this goal?
e.g.
- I can't access a remote server to deploy an artifact
- I can't find a way to start an external tool
We don't have the expertise, but we can tell you how Bamboo works and how you can use it to do what you want.
Did I understand you correctly?
Are you trying to connect Bambo with Oracle or use Bamboo do deploy Oracle stuff?
