Problems with MSBuild

I don't have visual studio installed. Using bitbucketqual repo, I'm trying to build my .net project using msbuild but can't seem to get rid of this issue.

Hi! 

1. Have you build you project on agent directly? If it is. the problem related variables

3. else let's install .net and try to fix 1 point.
