Plugin in safe mode

Hello,

I got this message when click on "Admin" -> "Plugins"

A long-running task has been initiated by another user. To avoid conflicts in the plugin system, the UPM will remain in read-only mode until this task has completed.

Bamboo is currently running in Safe Mode.

Exit Safe Mode and restore the previous configuration|Exit Safe Mode and keep the current configuration

When I click on the "Exit Safe Mode", it doesn't do anything. What else can I do to exit this safe mode

so I can upload a plugin?

I had this problem when I was running configured for HTTPS with a self-signed certificate. Finding the JVM that Bamboo was using and importing my certs into its $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts and restarting Bamboo resolved the issue.
