Plan permissions inheritance

Why is it every time I create a new plan, my user account has the default plan permission and not using the group I setup in the project Plan permissions inheritance?

Project Plan permissions inheritance setting isn't going to be shown in the Plan Configuration side. 

Project Plan permissions inheritance setting is an additional permission for all the plans inside the Project. Even though this setting isn't shown in the Plan level, it will still take effect.

Since you are the creator of the plan, your account will be configured as the Admin.
