Hi Sowmya,
This error is presenting itself because the executable cannot be found. Please verify that the executable is present and that the Bamboo (or Agent) user account has permissions to the executable.
We are also experiencing the same issue, user account has admin permissions and can trigger the MSBuild.SonarQube.Runner.exe from command prompt. We are still getting this error message during begin and end analysis.
