Hi,
I am using Microsoft SQL server as external database, i am unable to connect with server as its showing progressing since last many hours.
Please help me in this issue.
Hi @[deleted],
I would suggest you on reviewing Bamboo logs:
And keep track of Bamboo's installation process, searching for ERROR entries in the logs. With that you will be able to determine if Bamboo was able to connect to the database for any particular reason the connection stopped, or any other reason may have occurred.
Are you able to connect to the Microsoft SQL Server database from the same box as the Bamboo Server you are attempting on installing, making use of a 3rd party software (e.g DBVisualizer), so you can guarantee the JDBC connection is working as expected?
Kind regards,
Rafael
