MAC OS X : Bamboo first time installation error on database creation

I downloaded Bamboo and followed the steps for an initial setup. (On Mac OSX)

When I click Express / Custom installation , the step when the database is initialised returns an error. (I know this because I also ran start-bamboo.sh in -fg mode)

I've tried installing with both Express and custom MySql setup.

Here is the copy of the atlassian-bamboo.log file:

Thanks for the help.

2019-01-14 11:30:59,247 INFO [localhost-startStop-1] [lifecycle] Starting Bamboo 6.7.2 (build #60706 Mon Dec 10 15:44:03 EET 2018) using Java 11.0.1 from Oracle Corporation

Bamboo started with JDK 11 that is not supported as stated in Supported platforms

Install JDK 8 in the machine and configure JAVA_HOME environment variable to use JDK 8 before starting Bamboo again

Thanks so much, that fixed it. Stupid overlook on my part. I owe you a beer :)
