Licence restricting to 10 plans

Hi,

We've recently upgraded and now getting an error message:

Could not create plan, plan limit has been reached.  You currently have 10 plans and your license allows only 10 plans

We only have 7 main plans and plan branches, but can't find any mention on the license restricting us to 10 plans - jobs  but not plans.

If click on upgrade it states unlimited jobs - no mention on plans, and we have less than 10 jobs.

We've tried deleting plans but still same error.

Any help appreciated.

@Jeff Bassington Sounds like bamboo is still recognizing the old licensing.  I would submit a support issue to Atlassian and see if they have something you can run to fix it. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ 

I would suggest checking the license and making sure it is your upgraded license.
