Hello Avani,

Welcome to Atlassian community.

I don't think so  bamboo-agent-base:9.5.0 would be compatible with Bamboo 7.0.2, there so many changes because of which the agent will fail.

You should use the same version of agent Installer as the Bamboo version just to be on the safer side.

Thanks @Shashank Kumar  for the quick response.

Is there any documentation in which compatibility metrics is defined ?

Hey Avani,

As far as I am aware we don't have a documentation about the Bamboo version and agent matrix usage.

Ideal practice is to use the same installer version on the agent as the version of Bamboo. If lot of cases you can use the lower version of the agent for example if your agent installer is for 9.1 version and your Bamboo is on 9.3, then you can use it.

You can preferably read Bamboo remote agent installation guide which talks about different scenarios where you have to use the updated agent installerJar when you upgrade your Bamboo
