Force Bamboo to not allow builds during specific times?

We have some bad interactions happening with Bamboo.  We think that these could be solved by having Bamboo not allow any builds for one hour per day.  Is there a way to set an 'allow schedule', where Bamboo only builds plans during specific hours?

You can use the Bamboo REST API to instruct the application to pause and resume its operations.

Hello.  Thank you for the reply.  Our problem is the remote agent clean up issue:

Need a solution to clean up Bamboo remote agent bo... (atlassian.com)

We need to run a script to perform these cleanups, but we need to insure that a build is not occurring when we take the remote agent down.
