Can we run IBM RFT scripts in Bamboo?

we have our RFT integrated with bit bucket and we would like to like run our RFT scripts in Bamboo. is it possible? if so, How can i select my machine as agent to run the scripts and which task i should select to run RFT scripts?

There is no native integration with IBM Rational Functional Tester. However you can use Bamboo's Script task to run arbitrary scripts.

According to RFT scripts can be run from a command line interface. Therefore you would have to script the functionality you need, test it on a command line and then put the script in a Bamboo Script task (or a set of tasks depending on how you structure your scripts).
