Can't create new account after migrating bamboo

Hello,

 

We are migrating our bamboo server to a new machine and after doing so cannot sign in. Creating a new account fails because the captcha image fails to load on multiple browsers.

Hi Joshua,

Were you using an external user repository like crowd or LDAP on the previous server? If yes, you need to make sure the new server also has access to this user repository.

Moreover, you can use the below documentation to recover access to the local admin account:

If this is not your case, please give us more details about the steps you took to migrate the server.
